We offer a range of fixed and variable residential products for purchases and remortgages, to give your clients more choice.

Fixed rates

If your clients are worried about a rise or fall in interest rates, our residential fixed rate products could give them the certainty they need. We offer fixed rates up to 95% LTV for purchases and remortgages.

Variable rates

For clients who prefer variable mortgage rates, we offer rates up to 85% LTV for purchases and remortgages.

New Build

We can also help clients buying New Build homes. You can choose from any of our residential products based on our standard lending criteria.

Help to Buy: Equity Loans

Clients buying a property through the government’s Help to Buy: Equity Loan scheme can access rates up to 85% LTV. Help to Buy: Equity Loans are only available to first time buyers in England, and for purchase only in Wales. 

Our 95% LTV products are not available for top up loans when porting your customer's mortgage.

First Start

First Start boosts a client’s borrowing power by combining their income with that of a sponsor. So together they can borrow more, responsibly. It can help clients struggling to get on the property ladder, those who’ve had a change in personal circumstances and need to buy a home, as well as movers. Rates are available up to 85% LTV (purchases only).

All our mortgages are available in Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

The Bank of Ireland Standard Variable Rate is currently 4.09%. The Lending Fee is £195 (due on completion, but can be deferred until the mortgage is fully repaid).
