We've retired the Post Office for Intermediaries brand. You're no longer able to submit new or existing customer business through the Post Office for Intermediaries online application system. Don't worry though, you'll still be able to help your previously Post Office customers as usual through Bank of Ireland for Intermediaries.

Post Office mortgage customers have always been a part of Bank of Ireland UK. As we're no longer offering mortgages in partnership with Post Office, we're making things simple and consistent by bringing all our mortgage customers under one brand.
Nothing will change. Any Post Office mortgage applications currently in pipeline will still progress and move to the Bank of Ireland UK brand on completion. Case updates will continue to be available by logging into the Bank of Ireland for Intermediaries online application system.

You can continue to use your Post Office for Intermediaries email address and password. Use these details to log in to the Bank of Ireland for Intermediaries online application system and access all your previously Post Office customer accounts.
All your previously Post Office customer accounts will now be accessible when you log in to the Bank of Ireland for Intermediaries online application system. Simply use your usual login details and all your customers will be in one place. Your Post Office for Intermediaries login details will become redundant.
If your online accounts have different email addresses:
- You can continue to access your Bank of Ireland UK customer accounts using your login details as usual
- For any previously Post Office customer accounts, use your Post Office for Intermediaries login details on the Bank of Ireland for Intermediaries online account log in page.

We no longer have separate product ranges for Post Office Mortgages. All our customers now have access to the full range of Bank of Ireland UK product transfer options. Plus, you can use our quick and easy online product transfer service to secure a new rate for your client.
When using sourcing systems, you'll now need to select Bank of Ireland as the existing mortgage provider.
No, the T&Cs of previously Post Office mortgages will remain the same. We’ll continue to manage previously Post Office customers’ mortgages the same way we always have.
For the majority of customers, their existing Post Office login details will stay the same and can be used to log in to their new Bank of Ireland mortgage hub. For a small number of customers, they may need to change their login details but we'll have contacted them to let them know.
