Post Office for Intermediaries Existing Customers
Post Office for Intermediaries is now closed for new business submissions. At Bank of Ireland UK, we're still here to support your existing customer transactions.
All new business will be sold through Bank of Ireland for Intermediaries, if you haven't already, you can register with Bank of Ireland for Intermediaries here.
Below you'll find all of the existing customer information you need, and some answers to questions you may have. Speak to your Telephone BDM (TBDM) to start the process.
Guides for existing customer transactions
If your customer wants to borrow more money on their Post Office for Intermediaries mortgage, you could help them apply for a Further Advance with us. They can apply from our Further Advance product range.
If your customer's looking to move, you could help them port their Post Office for Intermediaries rate to a new property and top up if needed. All rates are portable, subject to the terms and conditions of the original Mortgage Offer, current lending criteria and affordability.

All Post Office for Intermediaries mortgage customers remain with Bank of Ireland UK, this process is not changing. All existing customer transactions carry on as normal.
Existing customer transactions are not impacted by this change.
