For a second year running, Bank of Ireland UK has been awarded five stars at the 2017 FT Adviser Online Innovation and Service Awards.

Jon Workman, Head of Service & Operations, UK Mortgages at Bank of Ireland UK said:

We’re delighted to have been recognised with a 5 star award by the FT Adviser for our online service for the second year running. We’ve put a huge amount of focus over the last two years into providing intermediaries with an online system that enables them to submit business in a way that suits them. As well as providing easy to use forms and functionality, the most vital part has been to ensure that our technology supports our staff so they can provide the best personal service. We really appreciate the feedback from brokers and partners. Not only has this been fundamental to what we've delivered so far, but also invaluable in shaping the many future improvements we have planned.

The 2017 FTAdviser Online Innovation and Service Awards took place on Thursday 29 June at the Oxo Tower in London.

Change to your customers’ mortgage payment

Close

Following the Bank of England Base Rate (BBR) change announced on 11th March, if your customers have a mortgage with us that’s on our Standard Variable Rate or is linked to the BBR, their monthly payment will change from 1st of April 2020. They should have received a letter from us by now telling them how much their new monthly payment will be. We’ll write to them by 9th April if the BBR cut announced on 18th March also affects them.
