If your client is looking to borrow more money on top of their existing mortgage, you'll find all our further advance products below.
These products are only available to existing clients. A further advance can be taken if your client has a standard Residential or Buy to Let mortgage with us. If you didn't introduce your client's current mortgage, or the mortgage started before June 2014, please get in touch with us before giving advice.

The Bank of Ireland Standard Variable Rate is currently 6.94%. The Lending Fee is £195 (due on completion, but can be deferred until mortgage is fully repaid). All information correct as at 05/10/2026.
